Details of iPhone 4G Spread Online After Websites Receive Prototype

Engadget leaked details of the new Apple iPhone 4G after finding the prototype in a bar, left there by a reported Apple engineer. The original time for the release of the phone was in the summer.

The phone was taken apart by Engadget to find out if it really was the prototype for the iPhone 4G, and it turned out that it was. The fact was strengthened even more by the fact that the phone’s OS failed to start up after some time and it is believed that the Apple HQ shut it down using remote control techniques. Another factor that adds support is that Bruce Sewell, Senior VP and General Counsel for Apple wrote a letter to Gizmodo asking for the prototype.
The prototype revealed that the iPhone 4G will be flatter, with a front-and-back camera with LED flash, a high resolution display screen and a MicroSIM slot. But one cannot take these details to be absolute, if the device is found to be a test-level prototype.
